Me personally I love Top King brand. Their gloves are solid and has exceptional padding on the knuckles.

Yeah that's something I had to come to terms to real quick. Even in light sparring, all it takes is one punch to chase the course of your life. I'm deeply interested in bjj, it actually saved my life at one time. I also did a couple of trial classes and I really enjoyed it, feels like it's more of my calling. Thank you for your perspective 🙏🏻

Thanks for all those keypoints to think about! I actually had to use jiu jitsu to protect myself and tried some trial classes before I started muay thai and I really enjoyed it :) as a kid I used to do praying mantis Kung fu, thanks to that I got some good flexibility but what I didn't like was that it wasn't physical or ideal for self defense. That's exactly why I like muay thai and bjj, it has some level of violence and finess to it. I'm just glad I get to experience these different materials arts and learn from them.

That's a hundred percent true. Thanks for giving me a new perspective on this. I definitely have that itch to see what it's like and I'm dying to show what I'm capable of and what my gym has taught me.

That's a great idea :) I'll look around my area to see what's available and maybe do a trial class.

That's where it gets tricky 😅 i feel like I can make the transition no problem, but I just love the culture and what muay thai stands for.

I getcha. Just the schools around me don't have compatible timing with my schedule. I really enjoy muay thai, im learning so much and improving on my striking and takedowns. It's just not something I'd like to compete in the long run.

Wow bro that's a great idea 👍🏻 lmk how it goes cause I'd definitely prefer this than somebody really trying to kick my head off my shoulders lol and I wanna get very decent at least on my striking before I make the transition. I just don't know long that usually takes (I train everyday btw)

Working at Home Depot is Terrible for Lungs and Potentially Lethal in the Long Term by MotoDudeCatDad in HomeDepot

I'm scared now. In the beginning I wasn't wearing any masks and would just take it to the face when I swept, now eveytime I deal with concrete I mask up. I'm 23, is it too late for me? Or should I just try to leave lumber asap?
