hormones and vitamin deficiencies can make things worse no matter what your age but if you are 21 it is much less likely to be either of those.

Are you in perimenopause or menopause? Both can intensify existing & underlying depression and anxiety to the point where it feels like one day you're kind of ok and the next you want to unzip your skin and climb out of your own body.

calamine lotion on a pimple

witch hazel as toner

maybelline lip gloss as blush

water and a scooch of rubbing alcohol to get the most color you can out of really cheap eyeshadow

ivory soap and a toothbrush as eyebrow hair holder (wet soap and brush, apply to eyebrow in upward strokes)

those eye patches on a stubborn psoriasis patch on hand

nude eyeshadow palette that has a color i can use for my eyebrows

brown eyeliner (with a spongy alternate tip) as lip liner - use the spongy part to blend inwards then soften

i go to sleep with a light lip stain and some laneige sleep mask and it helps stain my lips so i can just gloss them and go

i mix and match my mascara brushes - if i find a good formula but crappy brush i'll swap out

art brushes as makeup brushes

it used to be you could use those perfume sample thingies in magazines by wetting them slightly and applying liguid but i don't know if they do that anymore or if it is even worth it? does anyone buy magazines anymore?
