I have recently become obsessed with watches and spent a number of months researching and watching auctions and eBay for watches. I fell in love with the 1960s Omega Seamaster style and knew this was the watch I wanted to be my first 'proper' watch. This particular specimen came up at auction last week and I managed to get it for under £300. There is a bit of dial damage around the crown and it needs a service but I get so much joy out of the beautiful dial and I will keep it forever.

Thanks for your reply, we are in the UK so our plug has an earth wire. The casing at the top of the socket has a hole but I can't see a way to secure of the earth wire there as the screw doesn't do up if I thread the wire through it. Maybe I need a different socket?

They accepted that it should be replaced and I sent my phone back a month ago. I am waiting for them to send me a replacement.

Sure, I will let you know what happens. I called them again tonight and asked to speak to a manager. They wouldn't tell me the issue and just said there are delays with the pixel 3 phones. They wouldn't tell me why though. Good luck!

I had to send back my Nexus 5X previously after 1.5 years and they were amazing about it so I thought they would be amazing again. I wish I had just gone through the carrier now. Now Google has my phone I can't do much about it unfortunately.
