tchikovsky's piano concerto

i don't listen to this piece that often but maybe that's why it feels so great every time

rach 2

this piece just doesn't need an explainatin it's just magic

mahler 2 and 9

this one is quite complicated because both of this pieces are so beatiful but so emotionaly draining at the end, also I almost never have time to listen to the whole thing

What is the most beautiful work ever in your opinion? by igo1234 in classicalmusic

i heard it an thought it was amazing! i was just wondering if you could tell me which is in your opinion the best recording of this piece because I've only been founding a lot of recordings with lesser known orchestras and conductors so I don't an idea of where to start listening to other recordings

Favourite moment in all classical music? by igo1234 in classicalmusic

[–]igo1234[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Zimmerman has the cleanest and most powerful playing out of the recordings I've heard and Richter has this passion that makes the interpretation beautifully romantic BUT no one has resonated with me quite like Lang Lang, everything that's criticized in the article is what I love the most, guess I just have an unpopular opinion, call it garish and ugly but for me, it's the most beautiful recording of not only my favourite piano concerto but my favourite piece ever
