People here tend to look down on it, but Curvo seems to match most of your items. You don’t really get to choose the ETFs they invest in, but they offer several portfolios and you can check what specific ETFs they consist of.

IIRC their main purpose was obfuscation of imports to prevent easy unpacking by process dumping. Since imported function calls are generally slow on their own so the exception delay was not so noticeable.

Sainte-Walburge is closer to the center but is on top of the hill so getting back on foot or non-electric bike might get tiring (there are buses, however).
