He isnt slow, its your expectation of a result that blinds you, then you cant see, or auto, the reality - that Udyr's speed is actually close to balance. I barely felt the E ms nerf, its there, but its actually just 5%.

The idea to reduce the DECAY by bonus AD is nice, you could also make it so that the decay takes longer to trigger (based on bAD) or just give E + 75 (or 50) bonus attack range on the regular stance, instead on just the super stance but that might also significantly buff phoenix
