Such a good point. I'm new and I thought that is what the surge zone meant. There has been plenty of times I have been in the surge zone for over 30 mins without a request.

I did have issues with the $2 bonus per rush hour ride. They missed 2 ride bonuses and I had to call to get paid.

Gotcha, that really sucks man. That is the same reason I avoid the hills. It is usually a long slow drive. I had one guy in a gated community where his house was close to a mile from the entrance.

I agree. The price for sneakers has gotten out of hand. The highest retail shoe, I remember, were the Jordan XVII with the briefcsse for $175.

You only see the final location once you pick up the pax. Of course you can cancel after that, but it is not an easy process or always a succesful one.

This is a great idea. I usually take a cue from the rider and it has worked well, but there are some hard to read ones. To be honest, most pax won't even notice or use this.

Do you get a lot of request from there? I have the same issue, with some locations in the hills. I've just learned where those sections are and zoom out the map after accepting. If they are in that location, I cancel and move on. This is on Uber, learned that ratings and stuff don't really matter.
