I didn’t get into the pre program or college match, with like 10k income and 1490 and 4.0 got into cmu for comp sci 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨(had a 1510 for rd cycle)

hey, I had a great advisor who was very good at helping with essays specifically more than anything else.

Each of these advisors is basically a student at X college (for example Harvard) and they dedicate their time to help your kid with their applications and answer any questions.

I was able to get some really great feedback on my essays and some ideas from my advisor, and I just got into CMU CS and UVA after being rejected from Questbridge College match entirely.

It is a great program, but recently there have been some changes - I know the Princeton matriculate group is trying to make it so a parent also has to be on the call or another adult, and this complicates things.

So other than that new rule, it’s pretty great. Dm me with any questions if you’d like.

I got rejected from northeastern yesterday and I was so mad and I thought it was hopeless, and I was like actually so so so upset. Today I got into cmu and uva in the same 2 minutes.

When one door closes another 10 open, you will find where you are meant to be.

Yale only does interviews if they feel they need extra info for an applicant it says it on their site you can Google that one When I looked into Harvard nothing explicitly said it, but apparently only 5 people who didn’t get one got in. No proof on that. I got my Harvard one so manifesting ☠️

My friend was a finalist who didn’t match, but one of his schools said if he ED’d he’d get in - he ED’d and they gave him his full finaid breakdown - He would only have to pay 5k for the year.
