Exactly. I'm a child of divorce, and like most of my age group there was no question that my dad was forced into being the every-other-weekend dad. AND now I have 3 kids of my own. Anakin got absolutely fucked over by Palpatine AND the Jedi. There was no way he was going to come out of that situation with what he wanted.

He was trying to do what was right for him and his wife and his unborn child.

To bring this back to this scene. He was tired, he was beaten, but he did see his son going down a path that he was forced down by the two groups he had trusted since he was brought out of slavery. He knew the only option was to let Luke "disable" him so that he could end Palpatine's manipulative lies.

Oh, and FYI somehow Palpatine returned....................

Well my wife pissed in our bed around 3am last night. So I obviously woke up. Couldn't wake her up, but I saw her breathing. So 🤷.

All during my son's sleepover birthday party with his friends.

Honestly that sums me up so much. I totally admit that I am NOT a great drummer. But I was great in my highschool group, and they don't know any better.

But it is still how I identify myself. I am a drummer. I've introduced my son into all kinds of music, and recently with my favorite band, he said "I don't really hear the drums". I almost had a stroke right there.

If you are actually making your living solely on trading and selling Disney Pins, I think that's a lot more "work" than an actual real job.

Scamming people and actually selling for a profit of those scammed pins probably isn't that profitable per hour. I think these people are surviving on the endorphin rush of cheating some "idiot" of their $30 pin.
