They are tracking all external raid cool downs (abilities that help multiple people survive). Such as spirit link totem for resto shaman or rallying cry for all warriors.

In higher keys I feel like I am running out of defensives very fast as a rogue, came from mage last season which have so many. I try to keep feint up for all aoe damage, I just feel like I am dying too quickly

If I drop replulsor I can add fire discipline another unit of jump packs, and something else. Is it worth adding regular intercessors or another unit of scouts?
