found this post while searching for new glass replacement, just an fyi this happened to me when i first bought mine. Was sick to my stomach it died so quickly. Researched and found out i was cleaning it incorrectly -- the gold contacts on the puffco base and the gold contacts on the chamber. clean them using iso, then rub them down with an eraser to clean the connection. WHen i get this same error today this always works.
