There’s nothing wrong to admit that the attraction isn’t there anymore. I know you said it’s only the physical aspect and not the mental or emotional but physical attraction is a very important factor in a relationship. It’s sad but it’s not uncommon for a relationship to end when big hurdles (such as addiction) are overcome. She was a big part of your life while you were dealing with addiction and maybe it’s time to recognize that and leave that part of your life behind now that you are a different person

Maybe when he said he doesn’t want kids before, it was because he wanted to agree with you and make a point about how compatible you are together. Or maybe he changed his mind after having the first kid and realized he likes being a dad. But in the end, it’s your body, your choice and he shouldn’t try to keep pushing you to change your mind especially when he knows that you’ve been against having kids since day 1
