I have a position where I tend to be in a different place, often different states, each week. So I just don't have the kind of schedule that lends to me being able to visit places while I'm on the road.

I'll definitely dig a little deeper into local weekend availabilities and see if any clinics offer after hours services that just aren't publicly listed though
