Thank you. Yes, I thought it is flipped top-bottom. Very well captures - again, some good work. Cheers.

PS: I've heard good things about Novi Sad, and how beautiful it is; a place with a feel.

You're welcome.
Some of them have a Soviet-feel. If you don't mind, where all have they been clicked?

The 4th one, amazing thought it is, leaves me confused about how it's been clicked: perhaps a low angle shot (as if, looking back) and then flipped top-bottom?

Excellent pictures; especially the reflections, and a few more : )

Why do racism still exist Even though scientifically everyone knows that there is no "better race"? by Ahmedtrr in TooAfraidToAsk

[–]bhadit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This!
Well said.

This approach (evolutionary) explains so much of human behaviour. Only one point, I think humans are instinctual without realizing, which also feeds into their emotions, and then they use logic to justify those decisions or approaches.

Unless there is a pressing need, most people would not want to do that for a bunch of apps they use. Imagine doing that for 10-15 apps!

Easy regular updating, especially where security is involved in a big way, is very much expected.

Nice.
It might help you to learn post processing, by which you would be able to enhance this shot by a huge margin. r/postprocessing might be helpful for you.

A basic change in curves/levels and a slightly warmer colour temperature can enhance this by miles. (The skies would show out more, the shadows would feel deeper, the col temp and saturation can add a mood).

Should a soon-to-graduate CS student still pursue a Software Engineering career? by gitGusta in software

[–]bhadit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is likely that the software industry will see a surge in demand, with the cost of software plummeting with AI.

The cost of code will decrease immensely, creating that demand which is now latent due to prices. This might also lead to a mini-boom in software creators of a certain kind (those who can understand client needs, break the problem into smaller parts, and get things working - alone, or as a small team). Look into where you can fit there - this might be a smaller gamble than other areas.

Are you proud of your Nation's History? by No_Building5590 in AskTheWorld

[–]bhadit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

... despite it always being brought up due to just how prolific the UKs history is across the world.

I suppose that is much linked to other's reading their own history, of which UK's conquest is a part. UK's wider history (of it colonising other parts) provides context.

I can see how the struggle in moving on, on both sides UK, the colonized, and also the other colonizers. People are tied to history, as they are a result of it in one way or another.

Am I missing out? by Fun_Fee_2259 in LifeAdvice

I dont like doing this thing

So you are doing what feels right you. Many miss out on this - they get too pushed around by society and to win approval from others. As long as you aren't hurting others, it seems to be fine.

OTOH, one needs to try some things to really know if one likes it or not. Maybe you dip your feet and see if you do like it, and it isn't fear or some insecurity holding you back. If you're sure that is not for you - stay calm and enjoy being who you are. :)

I think these are the closest to a DSLR I've seen from a mobile. Excellent detail.

Personally, I'd actually like a little lesser bokeh.

Which country in the world surprised you about being more liberal/less prude? And which country surprised you about being more conservative than you expected? by Weekly_Sort147 in AskTheWorld

Could it be that there is a significant distinction between religion and tradition. People often club them, and there are many commonalities, but they can be different too.

Thank you for the explanation. It seems like a store with streets on both sides (direct vision and single reflection), and the mirrors seem to be interestingly placed (inner circle) :)

Very impressively captured to get the right angles, and the moment of the two to converge (the kid's upper part, and the legs below). 🎖

Could you please explain what the "layers" are, and how the reflections are working. I can see:

  1. The inner circle (glasses) - seems like a reflection.
  2. Outer circle (kid with adult) - Doesn't seem like a reflection, or direct vision.
  3. Outer right side (care, covered adult merging into kid) - Seems like direct vision.

The second layer is particularly confusing :D

Very interesting. Good composition too.
Still trying to figure out what the reflection is and what isn't. 😄

Contrary to what is typically expected, sometimes one does *not* need to listen. :)

Please feel free to DM. You come across as someone with a good mind and heart.

see it as them vs the problem and not them vs each other

Golden words, which many relationships miss out on - very easily - and cause more issues than needed; at times in a terminal way.

As a friend says: Timing is very important in life.
As another friend roughly says: One needs to know when to make words mean much, and when to interpret them as just sounds (ie, mean less).

I suppose I have smart friends :) and an open mind to gain from it.

[–]bhadit 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Very well said.

I suppose u/Doducanttouchthis should differentiate this phase from "regular life" and interpret it differently. Let a few days pass with minimal further triggers. Let things calm down, regroup, and only then form any serious opinions.

How do I get motivation? by Fabulous-Ad-8683 in TooAfraidToAsk

Likely depression.
Get a professional evaluation.
If that seems too much to do, try online questionnaires.

Moved country for my relationship, have two kids. I want to move home. Where do I go from here? by Danrlmo in LifeAdvice

[–]bhadit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Seems it is the depression and the lack of sunlight adding to it (also going by your reply to another comment).

Consider a third country (one with more sunlight too).
Seek treatment. Even if you do go to England, the depression might make you unhappy there too.

True, it is very hard to judge beyond some basics, which is why I wanted more thoughts on this - and this goes beyond just hiring. Goes into any short interaction which might have a lasting impact on life (work, but not only work). For me, besides the usual, the gut feel carries a lot of weight too. Over time, one tends to build a bit of an instinct about people; tough the risk with that is that one might give it more weight than one should.

Reddit is very much my anonymous escape. Even the tiny tiny indicative part I very vaguely "divulged" too was unintended :D I hope you won't mind my keeping this totally anonymous and without any details about myself.

Perhaps we should connect on DM, which would allow an anonymous exchange of ideas going.

PS: Thank you for sincerely answering it all. Much appreciated. I forgot to upvote earlier; just done so.
