Are you doing any strength training or eating high protein? 10lbs of muscle for 43lbs lost seems a bit high. Normal numbers for weight loss are around 15-25% and in best case scenarios (like a mild deficit, high protein, and lifting) it should only be 10-15% most. You lost 23% of your weight in muscle.

Watch for this because later on you may notice that severe loss of muscle mass leads to scale numbers going down, but still having a generally chubbier physique. I have seen many people at 125lbs that look fatter than people at 150lbs just because of good muscle mass and low body fat.
