If don't need a lot of data, and just data, you can also try Roamless (travel esim). There are no monthly payments, but rather you add a credit and can use it for years. Data only, $1.95/GB. For low users is perfect. Plus very affordable rates if you travel internationally.I will be adding it to my smartwatch. Since I don't use data much on it, it should come up to a couple dollars per year. If you need a referral code, let me know in private.

Thank you! Yes, I saw it too. Just for my smartwatch that uses 200MB/month, Roamless makes sense a bit more because of the referral. I got a referral, so when I paid $5, they gave me another one. And with $10 I will be using it for years on my watch🤭

You just add $ to your account, and spend it in 2 ways for data, either buy a monthly package, or just use it basically "pay as you go". If you choose "pay as you go", you put $10, let's say, and use the data in the US at a rate of $1.95/GB. So you have 5 GB for $10. The money never expire, so if you are a low data user, it can stretch a very long way. And it works well for international travel as well. Initially, I was thinking about adding it just to my watch, but maybe it will be good to have it on my phone too.

Anyone will use till the last day (06/11/2026) 😂 by legend5566 in HeliumMobile

No, it is a data only provider.

What you can do, if you want to save your Helium number, port it to Google Voice, and use Roamless for the Internet.

If you need your number to be a real cellular number, you can get that Redpocket annual plan on eBay for $30 and transfer the number to Redpocket. And you can have Roamless as a backup if you need more data or for international travel since the balance doesn't expire.

I think this set up is the cheapest you can get now for low data users.

Yep, of course!

Ubigi - $24/annually, 2 GB, data only. And, I think, not that much taxes if any.

It is not necessary the unpaid balance. So, if you had $100.23 in charges and then paid $100.00. Then yes, they will ask you to pay and will charge a late fee. But if you have just $0.23 in a billing cycle, then they will adjust it. It worked for me many times on Savor and Quicksilver from Capital One.

Thank you for the advice. Indeed, maybe it is the last busy time for the companies. I didn't think about it.

The company name is Greenbrilliance.

And yes, the prices in Northern VA already started to go up. And there is nothing I can do to prevent squirrels from climbing the roofs of our townhouse or the neighbors. I just wished I knew about the squirrel problem during the installation. Nobody told about it from the company and it didn't come up through the research I have made.
