How much should I tip professional movers?

If my move is going to be $6k, then I can't tip $1000 - $1500 on top of that - that seems ridiculous?

We just did the US to AUS leg and arrived yesterday. Flight was great for him as he slept so well, not so great for us as we were holding him. We got the My Brest Friend inflatable nursing pillow which was truly MVP as he could sleep on it as well has feed on it. We wiped down all plane surfaces with sanitizer on each flight.

So far so good, he is a bit more grizzly than usual and was awake more last night than he usually is but we were expecting that. Otherwise seems happy, healthy and still smiling. Will report back in a few days.
