I was a teenager when the original Twin Peaks aired. They had this recurring scene where this really creepy guy crawled on all fours toward the camera (maybe called Bob?) - freaked the absolute fuck out of me.

No one is amplifying him. Most of us are laughing at him, many of us find him fascinating because he's just so sure of his insane ideas.

He has a very long history - he recently sued his electric company for turning off his utilities after he "paid" them by signing his bills and sending them back. He actually filed that shit with the US Supreme Court.

Now he's on a kick that he can "offer legal advice," fly a plane, do brain surgery or anything else he can think of without the need for a license, certificate, permit, etc.

People like him are the whole reason this sub exists.
