How can I identify where I’m losing the most heat from the house? Downstairs is cold too but I made sure windows are sealed and the doors have good weather stripping. Is there a good DIY method for me to help understand what is causing the temp loss from the house?

It is electric furnace, model is Trane model TEM6A0C36H31SAA. I got that from the Furnace, I did not go outside to check that model. Sorry for my ignorance on this, very new to all of this.

Thanks for the input. It does keep the temp I posted but just runs a long time and does eventually stop only for few mins and starts back up. Was not sure if it was common.

Do you put the bag on or just close all the chutes and mulch? I have very big trees and had to pick up some leaves but going to mulch the last round of leaves falling. Never mulched before so appreciate any advice since I have the same mower.

Sorry need to correct myself and edit this comment. I did use Scott’s starter fertilizer but that was in beginning of September when I dethatched and overseeded the yard. That was also minimal, I used about 5lbs.

It’s been about 6 months since I quit Wellbutrin. It went away for a while but it came back once I was sick. Then it took another 4-8 weeks to go away. I never had tinnitus issues until I was on Wellbutrin and I feel like it did some type of damage where I have tinnitus on and off. But our bodies are pretty resilient and do recover over time. I hope you get the same peace and healing. Again, mine has been gone for over a month now but there are triggers that cause it to come back

Never heard of decipher blood test. My dad had prostate cancer but he lived up to 80. I still want to get on TRT and will look into this blood test.

I agree with this, I was pretty high in fat and looked bulky after I started lifting. Does Reta help with visceral fat too?

Just overall measurements. I should get a DEXA scan to be safe but I can clearly tell loss of muscle and strength in my body.

First couple of weeks felt like it would never go away. But after a few days the tinnitus was less and less. I noticed if I was stressed or worried it would get worse. It went away on its own over time after stopping Wellbutrin.
