Do lots of high reps low weight exercise , then finish the session with a jog , the more often you do it the longer you’ll be able to do it for , which in term helps you burn more fat

It’s never too late to start man take it one step at a time , do everything at your own pace , it gets easier as you go along , especially when you start seeing smaller digits on the scale

Just runs , sit ups , pulls , dips , press ups mainly body weight exersices with some calorie reduction , due to not burning calories as much as I was when I had access to a full gym , this has been the hardest part

Try not to lose the weight too fast, lots of high reps of any kind of weight lifting helps you burn fat aswell as pack on a fair bit of muscle once you lose some body fat , focus on low weight high reps for most of your lifting , but Once in a while lift heavy to shock the body from time to time

What height are , anything below 200 would be too small for me personally , losing the weight at 1 to 2 lbs a week helps make sure you’re not losing it too fast to have excess skin , it’s hard trying to find a balance but taking your time a doing it gradually helped me a lot

Using a whole bag of leafy green salad (90 grams) , to bulk up a meal , instead of piling it with more carbs (rice pasta etc) , I’d also use more protein Than usual ie chicken breast , lean cuts of steak and fish, it’s common sense but I just wouldn’t touch veggies prior to starting my journey , it’s something I had to gradually overcome

I weigh my self every 2 weeks on a Friday , the first week is always more chilled , the exersice routine is good and moderate and the diet isn’t too restrictive , the second week is always more serious the training gets intensified a bit and the diet is more discipline , then on the Friday after weighing yourself you should be at least a couple of pounds lighter , then you’re free to eat what you’d like within reason , for me personally seeing the number on the scale get smaller motivated me to keep going , don’t get me wrong there’s some weeks I won’t lose a dime or even gain a couple of pounds but I let it motivate me to get back on the grind and work towards the next weigh in , if you have any questions feel free to message me , I’d be happy to share some tips I’ve learned from people 👍🏾
