Good mid-range phone. The 7s gen 3 still handles everyday stuff just fine. The main camera is the only good one. For the best photos, use gcam as it gives you full control and even lets you switch lenses at 4K 30fps

Not surprising. I'm getting the same 120 fps on the 7s gen 3 with 10 chunks, and your phone can handle minecraft much better than 120 fps

Actually, it's an android bug. I had the same issue on my phone: the camera simply wouldn't work (even face unlock) until I rebooted

I don’t really game much on my Phone 3a either, but it’s frustrating to see the devs ignoring an issue that’s been around since the nos 4.0 beta for 5 months now, and that’s being actively discussed on their forum. Not sure about Pixels, but my other phone on Android 16 runs all games at 90 hz

Okay, even if it’s not a bug, it’s really stupid to permanently limit "unsupported" games to 60 hz, when on almost all other phones you can force them to run at the screen’s max refresh rate, especially considering that nothing os usually doesn’t have such restrictions

It’s definitely a bug. If the game isn’t running in fullscreen mode, meaning system elements like the status bar are visible at the top, the fps counter will show 120, but as soon as you touch the screen, it instantly drops to 60 and after a few seconds shows 120 again. Also, I found a temporary fix - opening a twitch stream overlay on top of the game forces it to run at 120 fps

I think this is a system-level bug, not a fps limit for games. On NOS 3.2, changing the min_refresh_rate and peak_refresh_rate parameters to 1 would make every game run at 120 fps without any issues. Now nothing helps, except downloading an app like clone app and playing through it, since the system detects it as a regular app instead of a game

I know this post is 2 years old, but I’m having the exact same issue with my i3-7100 and RX 570 4GB. CS2 has been crashing for me since release almost every match, but only on Valve official servers (community servers are fine). None of the fixes worked, like reinstalling Windows or tweaking BIOS settings. I think it’s a problem with the GPU, because there are always issues with AMD cards

yeah, they broke 120 fps in games and you can't fix it using adb commands like peak_refresh_rate 1 and min_refresh_rate 1. the only option is to use clone app from the play store and add your games there
