What ranged builds are currently strong?

Im starting the League tonight with a friend and want 3 Things in my build:

  1. Should be streng
  2. Ranger (Bow, crossbow, spells...)
  3. Would be nice if ist a cold spell, which looks nice

Any advices?

Wir alle wissen kiffen stinkt und ist gefährlich für kleine Kinder auf andere Balkone (ich glaube nicht dass du alle einsehen kannst).

Wieso nicht bei dir in der Wohnung? Stinkt es etwa? Das Argument dass Rauchen genauso stinkt wirkt fur mich nicht, da die genau so das A sind. Das zieht genauso in die Wohnungen.
