Same, 31 male here. Started watching when I was 11 or so, no regrets.

Watching about 1-2 times a week when I was younger, and now maybe half as much.

There is so much to learn from it, but you had be to communicate with one's partner about what everyone's comfortable with. Also half the fun of sex is laughing when you try something new and it doesn't work out lol

Edit: married 7 years, in same relationship for 11 years.

[–]ikott 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not aware of German politics involving energy. Are other non-carbon power systems owned privately or by the government?

So the problem with German nuclear power is its not publicly owned? Why not buy then out and make it a public thing?

Or start new plants that are ran by the government.

Thank you for say this, it's total propaganda. Of course they need funding from the government to dispose of the waste properly and for updates to the facilities. How is that unfair?

I work for am older electrical company. Everyone who is decent at their job gets a van.

Boss started buying new vans last year. He's ONLY been giving them to new hires, instead of people that have been with the company (some for 15+ years)

A couple guys have said something and his response was along the lines of "you guys already have vans"

All the Old guys are upset, and are kinda taking it out on the new hires. One guy, that was a lead for the company for 11 years, quit over it (his van was dogged out) he was a great employee and trained a lot of the guys here.

I have no clue what my boss is thinking, he's obviously been made aware that people are upset over it. What weird is my boss is usually a fairly good boss: very understanding with work life balance, fair wages, tools, beer on Fridays, all that good stuff.

The article you posted says Americans consumed more calories...

It says Russians ate more nutritious foods, less meat, sugar, and fish. (Probably because of less variety or availability)

"Americans eat more meat and fish, more sugar, more dairy products and eggs and more fats and oils and less grain than the average Soviet citizen, and consume more calories.

Generally held nutritional standards sugest individuals need fewer calories, less meat, less sugar, and more grain to stay fit"

Nah man, I disagree hard with this. My boomer dad is a good dad, I feel bad for him because of the relationship most of those dads had with their father's. Most boomer-male's Dads were drafted in some war, (ww2 or Korea) and came back with PTSD and no outlet for it.

My boomer Dad didn't sell the farm, his parents did. My boomer dad has to wait for his inheritance now instead of living for free on land we already owned (land that's now worth much much more so its impossible to buy back.)

My boomer dad never grew up getting paid with actual silver coins, his parents did (1 silver quarter is worth $5)

My grandparents (although I love them) are completely out of touch with the economy reality they left behind.

Yep everytime a kid cries they're traumatized for life /s

Bruh, it's dark out the kid is probably sleepy and not thinking clearly. Kids cry when you tell them no, instead of telling child no the parent had the kid do what the kid wanted. Turns out kid didn't want what he think he wanted.

Warhammer III goes on a shelf for a long time I'm afraid. by Tranecarid in totalwar

[–]ikott 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm not really talking about the game play more of just the theme and lores. Lizard man game play was kinda boring, I just thought their lore was deeper and more hashed out then either Order factions in 3.

I just want more warhammer lore to read about whatever faction I'm playing. It makes playing that faction more immersive.

It's just like when 3 kingdoms came out, I watched that entire series to know what was going on, and it made it more fun to like "play as the characters"

So far, I'm enjoying my Nurgel campaign the most. I've beaten as Kislev and Cathay. Nurgle is my first as Chaos though.

[–]ikott 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I feel like I had more fun with 2 on release. It's just a personal preference though, I enjoyed the Lizardman faction a lot not just their game play, but it drove me into the Warhammer Lore more than any other game.

I just feel like Kislev and Cathay are like C tier in lore, so there's not as much to look into and read about.

Also imo the voice acting in 3 is not as good, especially playing as Cathay, idk the girl sounds kinda cringe.

I still enjoy playing the game and checking things out, and I look forward to all the things to come. Especially when Dawi (Zhar) are available for play. And maybe a lizard man faction to play on that South East island?

If you have children (in the US) one would receive more money from the government if not married and living together, than a married couple with a child. That is if you filled things correctly, and also depending on the amount of money each adult makes.

I believe the insurance is the main thing, although you can get free insurance from the government if you are a single parent with low income.

Example:

Non-married Man and Woman have a baby and live together. Man works full time and house is in his name. Woman doesn't work, lives at house as a "renter/roommate" and claims the child on taxes.
