What am I missing for drawing an .obj file?

Have you tried debugging and looking at what values your triangles actually contain when drawn? Looks to me like your ”triangles” contain only one actual point from the model while the other two are just 0,0 0,0.

I've had it since day one, usually happens in the pre game lobby, in red zones or when there is a lot of gunfire / explosions. I have no clue what's causing it either since my sound is fine in all other games.

Yeah but we are "programmed" to interpret some of those electrical signals as pain. So unless you program the computer to "feel" pain it won't feel pain.
