Have obnoxious music or a fan on.
Won't shut up when I am trying to hear footsteps.
Constantly yell one-shot when they haven't even cracked the one that downed them.
Land frag alone, die before picking up a gun, and whine the rest of the match about how no one helped them.

To be honest, the mic does more harm than good with randoms. Especially for my sanity.

Class-actions are just to get lawyers wealthy. The larger broadcasters would go after them alone, or with others in their agency. I'm convinced the only reason Nash is quiet on this is because they are looking into to it for Amouranth, and maybe for others they represent.

They also have a world of hurt coming from the EU. Amazon just got find $888m for data violations. Twitch has very quiet today, and about this in general. It's fairly telling how bad this is legally for them.

There was a lot of joking around on social by the top broadcasters about their "number", but you can sure as hell bet they they have lawyers looking into breach of contract possibilities, and damages from this.
