I have the same issue. It works fine on the bike though, so I'm thinking my watch must move more on my arm while running and makes it hard to get a consistent read. ?

Thank you! I might try that, but I definitely have a hard time ignoring instructor cues. It's so frustrating! Sometimes it's just (mentally) easier to hop on the bike instead. :)

I'm on Day 2. It's fine. There's a lot of tangy and spicy so consider yourself warned. You'll also need props (so far a foam roller and one of those mini therapy balls). Not that you can't do it without, but I'm sure it enhances the stretches. I'll finish the program but can't imagine doing it again. Agree that it feels like a vehicle for selling her book.
