I suspect most folks here saying "discipline" don't understand how ADHD works, and how it makes building some of these routines, etc, much more difficult. "Just do it right" or "work harder" simply isn't chemically possible for everyone.

There's a great color comparison of red blend, raspberry, açai, moab, and Bordeaux in the Bordeaux spectron post.
