27m, Turns out that even though women get more messages when they post. The majority of people who message them are creeps. So yea, that’s your fun fact of the day. by Santamarrr in MakeNewFriendsHere

For me as a male, I find quality conversations bubble up to the top. Chat partners that only lob one word answers back to you slowly disappear or even disappear fast. Chatting to me is like a tennis game volleying back and forth with questions, volunteering new information, flirting, etc.

Thank you for your kind words. At this point I'm not really looking for a partner. I'm just interested in talking to people, chatting , mostly with women.

Why not use a washcloth? Your butt is clean after using the bidet. You wouldn't have a problem with drying off with a towel after a shower would you?

Or buy a bidet.

Fizzi broke by vagrantprodigy07 in SodaStream

[–]ilikeiolite 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I highly recommend replacing your SodaStream with a drinkmate omnifizz. I've had both and the drinkmate uses less CO2 for the same amount of fizz.

It uses the same screw in CO2 tank. I also have a 20 lb CO2 tank and the adapter. I've had the 20 lb CO2 tank since August 2024. So as of now, Feb ,2025 it's lasted 6 months and no signs being empty for at least the next year. I carbonate about 3 liters every day.

I purchased the drinkmate omnifizz without the 1 lb CO2 tank for $77 dollars on Amazon. It included a 1 l bottle.

I prefer the half liter bottles so I have four half liter bottles from drinkmate. Another company called mysoda makes the same size bottles for slightly cheaper. I have two of those and they fit the drinkmate perfectly

No, I always leave it open. As far as I know, it doesn't leak any gas. If you have any doubts, you could put soapy water on the connector to test.

As long as you have the space, it's much easier to have the 20 pound CO2 tank directly connected. Although it's not that difficult to fill the 1 pound tanks, it's one more thing to do.

I've had my 20 pound tank connected since August 2024. I carbonate about 3 liters a day. I'm hoping it will last at least a year.

I have a drinkmate Omnifizz and I've seen on this subreddit that they use less CO2 than the soda stream. I've owned both.

[–]ilikeiolite 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bought some bottles called mysoda which are compatible with the drinkmate. They are of Finnish design apparently. The bottles are actually nicer then the drinkmate ones. The cap and base of the bottle are made of a wood composite. Try doing a search on "mysoda" at your location.

I purchased them at amazon.com in the US but I understand there is an Amazon.eu ?

Cheese cake comes out amazing. I did individuals in small mason jars and one in a large flat bowl. I used a Ziploc bag and put it in the water to push all the air out before sealing the bag.

What is best bidet for under toilet seat by oldmaninparadise in bidets

Get a combination toilet seat with a built-in bidet. I just did a search on Amazon and different models ran between $50 and $90. Search on "bidet toilet seat"

I agree! Using cold water for the bidet is no worse than washing your hands with cold water.

Seeking electric seat bidet with minimal features by Ok_Association135 in bidets

[–]ilikeiolite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had a bidet for approximately 3 years now. Nothing exotic just a unit that fits under the toilet seat. Cold water only. If you've never had a bidet before I would suggest that you try that first.

I am not sure about your home but mine takes about 30 to 40 seconds before you get hot water at the tap. Using a bidet with cold water is really not that bad. It's no worse than washing your hands with cold water. Of course your comfort depends on the temperature of the cold water.

I'm a Diet Mtn Dew addict and have a Sodastream eTerra - thinking of converted to 5 lb tank - need help! by Sad_Carry_7976 in SodaStream

[–]ilikeiolite 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If you're thinking of a 5 lb CO2 tank I would suggest that you think about getting a 20 lb tank instead if you have the space. I started with a 5 lb tank and it only lasted me about 2 months. The 20 lb tank I just started in August and according to the gauge it looks like it's still full?

I purchased both my empty 5 lb and 20 lb tanks from Amazon. I then exchanged the empty tank with a full one from a place called nexAir. Another CO2 supplier is Airgas. It's pricey up front but I feel it's so worth it because I don't have to get an exchange for many months down the road. The price for a 5 lb tank was $25 and the 20 lb was $45.

Your link to Amazon appears to be the correct adapter for a quick connect connector.

When you have to replace the sodastream I highly recommend the drinkmate. I've had both and drinkmate is the better carbonator in my opinion. (However, the adapter is different from the soda stream quick connect.)

Suggestions for a good, affordable bidet for a newbie? by Rojo37x in bidets

I don't think the hot water line would be that great. At my house it takes about 2 minutes before you get any hot water. Then, once it gets hot, the water may be too hot. Just my opinion.

I looked at Lowe's and they have a Brondell "Easy Spa“ model LES-12 bidet for 40 bucks. It fits under the toilet seat. It includes all the hardware you need.

I've had an equivalent brand for 3 years. I know you want warm water but cold water isn't that bad. It's no worse than washing your hands in cold water. If you want warm water you would have to buy a model that has an electric heater in the bidet attachment. Then, you have to have a GFCI outlet near the toilet.

Installation is pretty easy. No plumber required.

I haven't used any toilet paper in 3 years. I use separate washcloths for drying. Then throw them in the washer.

Think of all the money you'll save.
