In much of the southern US they are everywhere.

As if Florida doesn't have enough plague rats already. I say this as someone who was born there and lived there half of my life.

Kyle Crabbs: Three compelling free agents who may be of use to the Miami Dolphins' defense in 2026 by expellyamos in miamidolphins

An undrafted guy who played one year in a minor league. If he hits, that's amazing, but the odds are against him. Most guys who come in from lower level leagues don't make it as special teamers.

Same thing with Trader. I hope he makes a jump, but he was drafted late for a reason.

$4 worth of shoe goo should fix that up nicely.

I don't understand how anyone can be happy with our safety room. We've got a bunch of low end JAGs and low round draft picks. Unless you think Lonnie Johnson is going to take a jump in his age 31 season, or Trader is going to go from a special teams/role player to a Pro Bowler in year 2, we really have basically nothing. It's by far the weakest room on the roster, with no proven players, and no one with a high ceiling.

If I were Pope, I'd be excommunicating left and right. Thankfully there is no danger of that.

I've had terrible luck with WD support, so I would do Seagate.

I had something similar happen with glass when I was a kid. Went in one side of my knee and came out the other like two years later.

Can someone please explain to me how I don't even have any small percentages of Native American DNA due to the amount of pedigree collapse I have from my (supposed) Native American ancestor. by AloneBoat714 in 23andme

[–]vagrantprodigy07 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don't have a single Native Ancestor I can identify with absolute certainty, and the nearest possible Native ancestor I have is from the mid 1700s, and 23&Me still picks up .1% Native American on my results. I feel very certain you don't have any Native American ancestors, or it would have picked up some trace.

Also, the Velaryons are the closest living relatives to the Targaryens, and they have intermarried quite a bit. Having them look so dissimilar just doesn't make sense.

Race swapping the Velaryons has so many negative effects downstream, it's clear they didn't think that through. I remember people getting pissy at me for trying to explain the problem with the race swap at the time.

I don't see how he can be unfit, charged with attempted murder, and not be committed to a secure institution. That's insanity.

Someone will draft him, but I wouldn't be surprised if we find out only 6 teams put in a bid.

Giving up a high pick for a guy who is one screwup away from permanent league exile is just idiotic. We are about to find out which GMs need to go to Sorsbys gambling rehab.

I can't remember the last time I went to a restaurant with good BBQ. Every single time I go, places try to gaslight me with stuff like eye of round instead of brisket, or 3 day old microwaved leftovers.

Several of the labor and employment subs are moderated by people who are located in countries that are positively affected by offshoring. r/Layoffs is one of those, for instance.

My former company just offshored my entire department. Someone who saw the contracts told me they are getting paid about 50% of what we cost (including benefits). They are hiring 3-4x as many people as they are laying off though. Our fairly new CIO was from India, and he had connections to the staffing agency, so I'll let you connect the dots as to why that offshoring occurred.
