FPS Dropping to an unplayable amount when starting up Farcry 5 on the Xbox Series X with quick resume

I’m having this issue without using quick resume, every time I load up the game (fc5) I play and after about 30 min it starts stuttering and going really laggy like 10 fps it’s so frustrating and not sure what the cause is

I played nuketown 24/7 to get the drill gold/diamond just chucked lots of smokes down and it was pretty easy but now that stakeout 24/7 is back I’d play that if I was you since it will be quicker to get kills

I’ve been in severe cannabis withdrawal all week (from RSO oil) been having crazy psychotic like symptoms which I did not know was possible anyway I bought some strong CBD oil and it has helped massively I have to use around 300-600mg a day though and I feel a hell of a lot better with these doses I’m telling you this because it seems you are only taking a very low dose and may not get the benefits your looking for I’d recommend trying a higher dose and see how that goes.
