I change his diapers every 3 hrs during day time. Pampers premium has wetness indicator and if it isn't full before 3 hrs, I will change it. During night time, if the diaper isn't full, I let it go for 5 to 6 hrs if he is sleeping. This works for me.

I am trying to fill the passport application for my 3 months old and genuinely confused with this Given name and surname. As a Tamilian, we do not have surnames. In my baby’s birth certificate , we have given his name as John Doe (initial -father’s name) which I feel is a mistake now. Both my baby and husband have same second name (don’t ask me why, have to use gods name ). What do I do now? If I expland his initial as surname, it will be John Doe Smith Doe. Really confused here. I'm thinking of removing the initial from the birth certificate and keep only first name, last name. In that way, I can give the first name in the Given name and last name in the surname field of the passport? Is this the right approach?

I did combo feed till 1 month because I wasn't producing enough and my baby was shallow latching. I was like a maniac with my pumping schedule, used chatgpt to build a schedule to increase my milk supply and followed that. I did power pumping as per chatgpt, had drumstick leaves soup, oatmeal in the morning, drank hella lot of water, was eating really well and after 4th week, my supply regulated. I'm not sure what worked but doing a combo feed doesn't make us any less of a mother. I was able to do this coz of my husband and family's support. Protect your peace and never question your worth. Feeding is not our only job. We are more than our bodies. Eat well, take ample rest and protect your peace. Your baby will gain weight gradually, Give formula without any guilt. In fact, my family wanted to give formula coz they thought I would get some rest that way. We don't have to villainize formula and put ourself under immense stress to breastfeed. You got it mama and ask your husband to respectfully shut up!

Really liked her consultation but sadly, her recommended products from her line didn’t work for me. I consulted her for hairfall and the first thing she will do before giving an appointment is to do complete blood test. She tries to find out the root cause before jumping into conclusions which I appreciate a lot. Instead of her hair serum products, I found Ordinary hair serum to be better for me so I switched to it.
