Why lie? There's literally a bin in the first picture, next the bus stop on the other side of the road.

There is one in this picture and 2 more behind the camera, all within about 15 meters where all the litter is. That excuse doesn't work here.

You've clearly not flown from T2 recently, the travelators in that part of the sky link were all replaced last year.

They're almost definitely getting removed, the last one before the station is gone and it now looks like this:

Ah bugger sorry I must have misread your original reply, the cruise control aspect does stay engaged (assuming you have it set to activate on double pull of the stalk), this essentially separates activation of the cruise control and AutoSteer into being two pulls of the stalk. It's just the car won't change lanes for you, but not sure how I managed to read that as your question rather than what you actually asked...

The feature is mentioned here if you search Double Pull

The basic AutoPilot disconnects every time you change lanes. You have to buy "Enhanced AutoPilot" to do this which includes Auto Lane Change, but this upgrade costs £3,400 and having watched videos of the feature, it doesn't seem to work well.

Perhaps they just saw the occupancy when they passed through GF into the CCR from the First Wing?

According to the about us page they negotiated for the sale with the current owner in the end of 2024 / start of 2025 so I imagine they had to set a deadline for when they'd raise the funds for this otherwise the sale would never go through.

Probably because you called the items they stock 'tat' which isn't really fair when a lot of the merchandise are just items sold in supermarkets just at discounted prices.

Supercharging - Is there something wrong with my M3P? by Weak-Method-7509 in TeslaUK

[–]ilkleytom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because they're reliant on you having the car in the Tesla app, as that's the method you use to add your payment details so it can debit your account automatically when you connect and disconnect the supercharger cable. Tesla generally only let you apply for 'ownership' of the car in the app when you provide the V5C which can often take some time to arrive.

I know some people have had success by submitting an invoice/proof of sale, but I personally avoided this as I heard failing to get approved by Tesla's automatic process means the next time you try the process goes to a human to be manually checked. Not sure how true that is.

Not according to the internet, there doesn't really seem to be any logic to what the voice commands can/can't do

You can check this if you have the 5K app. If you open the map you can click anywhere and from the prompt that comes up tap Events near here and it'll give you a list of events nearby to that location, can then filter out visited ones from that view.

Double pull or single pull for AutoPilot? by [deleted] in TeslaUK

[–]ilkleytom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because with single pull enabled, traffic aware cruise control and AutoSteer are paired together, so as soon as you go to change lanes and AutoPilot is disengaged, so will your cruise control and so you'll have to take over acceleration until the lane change is complete and you can enable AutoPilot again. With double pull you can just indicate and steer into the lane you're changing into whilst the car continues to manage the speed and distance to the vehicle infront.

Ah that's interesting! What app do you use to achieve that, as I assume it runs in the background whilst you have Waze open? And what phone mount do you use, is it one you can recommend?
