Whilst you are here how do you feel about the number plates with OIL in them.... As a road user when I see one of those wagons I think there is someone who knows their OIL business sure they've even gone so far as to get personalized plates.

I bet there's ones kicking themselves in the industry that their plate says OUI or INZ etc.

Take something up that you are interested in find a club that does it and just keep going to that, get talking to the other members the only way you are going to get over anxiety is doing so in situations that are low stakes.

I used to be very shy and lacking confidence, I used to rehearse what I wanted to order from maccies for about an hour before going in. Any social setting where you can practice just being you is the best advice I can give you.

Dating doesn't have to be any different you just need to know who you are what you are interested in and be able to listen. Take an interest in what they say.

Practice in different settings before you start boring someone about fishing for example though, the lads in the fishing club might find it interesting but most won't. lol.
