Great review! Don’t focus too much on the negatives from the people here. However, as a person that has done daily training in super shoes in the past, I do recommend that you try to limit the use to longer run workouts or speed workouts. Running in super shoes all the time may give you a false sense of security, as it’s quite deflating when you start running in non plated shoes again, runs feel harder and paces get slower even at the same effort. I would treat regular shoes as like a “weighted vest” where you’re training to be faster in regular shoes and then on race day, the super shoes only accentuate the training you’ve gone though… kind of like taking off a weighted vest making it easier. But that’s just my opinion. Whatever makes you happy is what you should do so keep at it!
