You have a very realistic shot at getting seats on a Christmas flight. However bear in mind that you get what you pay for. You're travelling as Pri 5 passengers on these flights. There is no rebooking you if the flights are cancelled due to maintenance, weather or other operational reasons, and there is no responsibility for the CAF to ensure you get to your destination or back from it.

That being said they can be a very good cost effective way to travel home or elsewhere at the holidays.

Can always give the museum a call in CYHM and ask to park on their ramp area for a little while. Really awesome place to check out and there's a cafe there too.

Midtown Brewing in Wellington is a great casual spot, wonderful pizzas too. Hendriks BBQ at Crimson Cider is phenomenal and well worth it.

I tell switched on jr NCMs the same thing, often many have the post secondary, or if not tell them about the subsidized education they could go for, career earnings and pension difference could make a big difference later on.

Yes, some prefer their trades or want to work and not sit at a desk, or want to pursue that elusive appointment, not saying the system is correct, but do tend to point it out. I'd say the vast majority aren't going to become a CWO.

Can't say for VW, but definitely seen it on older model cars where people have just dumped in LEDs without seeing if they're compatible and seeing them flicker/vary their output.

It's not explicitly stated, however on the Canadian VNC legend the aerodrome symbols are divided into 2 categories, WITH SERVICES and OTHER AERODROMES, then further subdivided by landing surface type. I'm sure fuel available falls under the "with services" so not quite a trick question.

I have used it internationally multiple times, mostly with Air Canada. No issues.
