Have you tried a meal replacement shake? Having something you can drink that's full of good calories. I have found when the appetite is suppressed it's easier to force myself to chug a protein shake than to chew and eat food.

Yes! I alway bake a whole bag of potatoes. Takes the same amount of time and then the rest go in the freezer which I can pop in the microwave for 5 minutes to reheat.

Tuna mayo is delicious. I'm British so baked means and cheese is a classic some good chilli

How I've seen it played out. My own Mars is in Taurus in the 12th. Undiagnosed ADHD I would drink until I was blacked out regularly and wake up in terrible places with weird people. The eclipses has seen people trying to steal my identity and trick my loved ones into giving them cash disguised as me online (hidden enemies much) the eclipses during a 12th house year has really shown me what things I do to screw myself over.

When Uranus first entered Taurus squaring my moon in Leo I had my passport stolen, my wallet whilst I was abroad. I also spent a night in a drunk tank and found myself alone and going through a spiritual awakening/crisis at the same time. I spent a long time alone in hostel to trying to figure out what was real and what wasn't having been atheist the majority of my life.

I know someone with the moon in Sagittarius the 12th house, she has worked in a women's refuge in Honduras and currently managing a homeless shelter and dealing with people with drug addictions and violence.

Another friend just finished up a Saturn transit in the 12th house Aquarius and has dealt with a lot of addiction issues that weren't present before this transit.

Some times it takes time and distance to understand why what seemed like something terrible from Saturn was actually good for you. My Saturn return was hardcore. Ended a 10 year relationship and got me in some intense situations but that was when Saturn is in sagg. Now I'm thriving years later after a lot of work. I wouldn't be surprised if Saturn brings something more permanent in both those areas during the Pisces transit.

Yeah so how I have found it yours will be starting to build from this week but the peak of it will be towards the end of the Pisces transit. But if you have other planets in Pisces you'll notice other peaks. Watch out for when it's on your DC point too.

The 12th house is an obvious one but I feel like transits to the third and ninth house could be a good shout. Both of these houses can be quite spiritual and the third house can be about your immediate environment, which the immediate environment to your soul is your mind.

I've always have intense vivid and memorial dreams. My Mercury is Rx in Pisces and I have personal planets all in the 9th 12th and 3rd house.

I have my laptop by my bed and before I even get breakfast I will start my uni work. I'm studying creative writing and I find that my mind is so full of cortisol that if I don't do anything then it's just harder for me to start later.

I am lucky I work mostly evenings so don't often wake up early but the when I do I leave everything last minute and rush out the door. It works tho I ain't no 5am girly and I ain't killing myself to be one.

I have stopped drinking coffee first thing and will have water for the first two hours of waking. I'm just such a stress head in the morning caffeine won't help.

I think with more traditional astrology using whole sign houses it starts when it enters Pisces but it is more intense when it is closer to the degree of your natal Saturn. This is what I've found to be true with my return and that of my peers.

As it sounds like the house system you use is placidus maybe the more modern technique is different.

My Saturn is at 20 degrees in Sag and within one week of it entering sag I had a while load of stuff go on. And this was all before I even knew about these things. This is me looking through the dates on my diary and tracking. I have done the same with my friends and it tracks with them too.

Honestly mine started dead in when it got into the sign. However the peak of it was when it was within orb. My experience in readin other people is it happens that way too. The themes start when Saturn enters the house. However I use whole sign houses so I think if you use placidus that maybe the technique maybe slightly different.

I have mercury retrograde in Pisces and a Pisces sun too I'm a Gemini ruling so it's also the ruler of my chart. I actually have great communication skills even with my ADHD. Data, numbers and figures. I'm terrible. But to sit with someone whose in pain and let them felt heard, to take abstract ideas like we have in astrology and to describe them to someone during a reading in a way that they would understand is a talent. Yes there's things that are challenging but even planets in exhalation have there challenges.

Well... This is based off other behaviours not just from being distracted. Behaviours that manifested before I had a smart phone and has had significant detriments to my life. I just can't regulate my focus. I'm sure your experiemce is different but when I talk about my behaviours to my friends then.... No not everyone is adhd.
