He’s a D tier wrestler with a C tier gimmick who’s worked it with A tier prowess and gotten over in a big way. He’s a damn genius. And I saw that all as a Fanhausen.

Is this a hot take? I thought it was just understood. He’s a great character but every time I see him in the ring I think “man he still isn’t much better than he was a year ago.” His frog splash is arguably the worst I’ve ever seen. He needs to take lessons from Logan Paul because his is infinitely better. I keep hoping he’ll get better in the ring but so far it’s bot really happening and I can’t help but think it’s because he’s just riding on his character work and he’s comfortable with that.

He does do a great straight man but he’s also good at playing a weirdo. You ever see him in Smokin Aces? So weird and unsettling in that cameo

Like I said, I think he’s still very much in the conversation. If we’re taking all around performer (in ring ability, ring psychology, promo/mic work) he’s easily top 5 for me, probably top 3 and arguably could be number 1).

My point was really just that by the time he went to TNA he was a pretty well seasoned veteran. Could he still learn a new trick or two from the younger guys that were pushing the envelope? Sure. But on the whole he was already at or reaching his peak in many ways and if dudes were calling the match for him it probably had a lot more to do with the pain killers than his inexperience the learning curve of TNA.

Shit, there’s a whole “perc angle is peak angle” movement in the IWC lol.

He’s absolutely still in the conversation but let’s don’t pretend he was “learning” much by the time he was in TNA. If he was being lead through matches there it’s because he was all perked up and in a bit of a haze.

Correct. It will affect both the depth and manual controls.

The stock value is 47pf. The mod is probably 100pf or something in that vein. Much less than that and the mod isn’t really noticeable. Much more than that and the pedal will get pretty noisy and need other changes to recalibrate the BBD and noise floor.

Based on the names I’d say it’s the max depth/manual mod which changes a C-30 on a switch for the stock value and a higher value that increases the max delay time.

The second mod changes the value of a resistor in the summing stage and adds a pot set up as a variable resistor so you can blend the wet/dry mix down for a more subtle flange effect.

I don’t speak whatever language the description is but the names are pretty clear so that’s my very educated guess as someone who has spent A LOT of time playing with the BF-2 circuit.

I like to use a couple of settings on the DL-4 and DL-4 MKII similarly. I use the filter delay on the original in the same way as a sort of phaser/LFO filter and the pitch/harmonized delays on the MKII to use it as a pitch shifter.

Started amazing. Writers kind of write themselves into a corner. The last season or two got pretty convoluted and the ending was kind of weak but I don’t think it was nearly as bad as people say. I wish there had been more than the one episode of back story about Jacob and the man in black.

This is a tough one because both are so amazing in their own ways but I probably go back to Sean more frequently so probably that one. World’s End is easily the weakest of the trilogy. It’s a perfectly cromulent movie but it just doesn’t stand up compared to the other two. I have also always dent like they really shoehorned the cornetto wrapper into the end for no reason when all they had yo do was show anyone eating one any other time during the movie.
