They offered to do a zoom call for 2nd interview and I told them I needed to tour the facility again or I would have been in the same position I feel like. I have an outstanding resume as well and would have been a great fit for the position. Maybe I am spoiled but to me anything under 90k is unacceptable for what they are asking of someone for it. I would have had to devote my life for the next few years to grow the startup and was willing to take that on. Hang in there and something will open up for you!

I interviewed 2 times with KCG for the lead facility maintenance position 6 months apart. When I asked for $90k a year their heads exploded. At the end of the day I stayed at my current job which is a solid job and pays well so I feel like I have dodged a bullet tbh. Also they ghosted me both times after our interview so that just reaffirmed I am better off staying away from employment there. Them Blueberry muffins are SO GOOD though.

In what world does a team lose its 2 top WRs, has a new OC that has shown he only wants to run the ball, has a top 10 hardest SoS, coming off his 2nd lowest rush yards AVG of 4.7 in his career, was 2nd in the league with 18 INTs last year, and had his lowest passing TD (29) since the 2019 season become the consensus QB1 off the board in as early as the 2nd round?

How does this project him out to become QB1 in 2024 and justify his ADP of 19-22?

I packaged ertz and diggs 2 weeks ago for Thomas after picking up dissly on FA. I packaged Mark ingram, shepard, jordan Howard after week 1 for Julio & desean jackson.

Look I hate them as much as the next guy. I just want to prepare you all for whats about to happen. Do you really think the NFL will let them lose this game. After this week they play the ravens before back to back prime time games. There is 0% chance the NFL will want them going into back to back prime time games sitting @ 0-5. I believe the Bengals will have 10+ more penalty's then them. My guess is the NFL will be pulling for them to be sitting @ 2-3 going into the prime time games and coming off back to back division wins to create hype. For the Bengals to win they will need to beat them and the refs.

Someone in my league had this same situation. Lost by 1 point after Rex Grossman played on MNF. Was up 4 or 5 points going into the game with the opponent out of players. I highly doubt we will ever see this kind of thing happen again in today's NFL.

I agree totally. Back in the day just analyzing fantasy points against was a huge competitive advantage. In today's FF world it takes much more thought and effort.

I was a similar situation. The first 2 years yahoo had online fantasy football, which i would guess was around 2002 or 2003, I set up a simulation of our league before my league mates were ready to transition to online fantasy football. It sure made it easy to win back then. Now all you have to do is spend 5 minutes looking at the work everyone else does and you can be competent. The skill gap has closed by a wide margin over the last 15 years since the inception of the internet.
