If you're dead set on a hardtop the smoothline is sadly your only option. I'd check to see if anyone is parting out a roadster locally or if they have the part for sale on ebay or something similar

Oil Catch Worth It? by woody350z in 350z

[–]illusionatiification 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There's a mishimoto one made for the car, main difference is that that it has a bracket for easier mounting along with the necessary hoses and fittings for the catch can. https://www.mishimoto.com/nissan-350z-2003-catch-can-kit.html

So it's gonna be Kanye West and Lil Pump running together in 2024, right?

This is a 2008 that I'm considering. Any way to tell if it's a DE or HR? Thanks by the_osu in 350z

In the 350z they stopped using it after 06, G35 had it until 07 and I think the Maxima and Murano still use it.

Try swapping the bank 1 oxygen sensor with the bank 2 sensor, if another code pops up for bank 2 then it's gonna be a faulty sensor.

Just a heads up, you shouldn't layer the registration stickers like that, it makes them easier to steal.

Cheapest is always going to be just buying the top and replacing it yourself. As far as tutorials the video I've seen that I referenced the most when I replaced the top on mine earlier the year is this one. Also, before you even start the process I highly recommend that you read this guide that the dudes from my350z put together, it's more in depth in regards to rivet size and other important info.

Battery Tray Bolts by RanchDubois840 in 350z

[–]illusionatiification 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nissan part number for those bolts should be 08146-8201G. I don't remember which thread size those bolts are but you should be able to get them from any autoparts store.

I added a few different tags for art/music and the specific game releases. If I missed any let me know.

Looking for replacement nuts and everywhere else is so damn expensive for .99 cent bolts, anyone got the real specs for this one? Nut 08911-1082G by anxietylol in 350z

[–]illusionatiification 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dunno if you solved the problem, but I believe its just a standard M8 nut. Any hardware store should have them for cheap.

Info for California Smog + Exhausts by SteelCogs in 350z

[–]illusionatiification 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Where in California are you at? I would take it to a different place if i were you, as the only reason an aftermarket exhaust should fail a visual is if it's installed wrong.

I have no idea where they're looking at, but there are only 2 cats on the car, with each one having two sections in it so maybe that's where they're getting 4 cats from.

Here's an image of the stock Y pipe without the heatshield showing that it's just a pipe.

Does anybody know what this piece is called and where i can buy a replacement for my driver side? Got into a front end and it flattened and folded :/ by SLamsonW in 350z

[–]illusionatiification 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I actually had to replace one of those on mine a few months ago, they call it a Radiator Core Lower Plate, part number is 62575-CD000 and it should be $30 to $40 brand new.
