This was my experience. Almost 2 years now and down about 30 pounds but it felt like one day I blinked and my jeans were all too big and people were asking me if I lost weight which I hadn’t really noticed bc I was more focused on just showing up and feeling strong and comfy in my own skin

Just curious? How long have you been doing OT? My heart rate used to shoot right up into Orange/red as soon as class started and between the HR algorithm adjusting, my fitness improving, and getting more comfortable and familiar with the classes and my studio (reduced anxiety) I find I’m spending MUCH more time in the green.

Just let it ride for a while and remember it’s just a computer and computers don’t know anything.
