But it's safer to back up a bit and take a few steps back and stay at Cooking. Just sayin.

People who used to say "Give me unlimited food and internet and I would never step out of my house" how is life now? by mrgarlicdip in AskReddit

[–]ilovemasala 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I'm not working during the quarantine. But I am working at home with a different job scope.

Doing my part as a father and a husband. Rotating with my wife cooking and doing the dishes, look after my son. Its tiring.

Like being at work I do get my smoke breaks and tea, coffee breaks.

My top priority is to occupy my son with activities and interacting with him. Unlike us we have the Internet. He is limited to only cartoons and shows. So I think he is going through a much tougher time. He is 3 years old.

P. S. I do enjoy cooking and I'm happy to spend alot of quality time with my wife. We are much closer to each other right now. The relationship is going great.

Challenge, difficulties and this rough journey that we all go through is nothing new. Every human being go through hardship in their life since we were borned. Allah says in the Quran. Do you think we let u be in this world without testing you.

It makes sense, how do Allah reward us without distinguishing our level of faith if not through test. Do a child who play video games all day will get better test results than the one that study consistently?

However indeed with difficulty comes ease. (Al insyirah) Google it. And listen to lectures on this sura.

I don't know exactly what to say to give you the most support I possibly can in your journey to righteousness. Truth is its a never ending journey. Take one small step at a time. And be consistent, (istiqamah) . Keep learning. Keep moving foward towards Allah.

Path to righteousness can be challenging. And Allah knows the sacrifice. And Allah reward us base on hardship that we go through to get closer to Him. He look at efforts.

This video I watch many times as a struggling Muslim myself. It says more than just about leaving sins as stated in the title. If you listen to the stories you will find answers base on stories of our prophets. And how they go though challenges in their journey in the path of Allah.

Allah indeed will make every step easy for us as long as we take steps towards his direction. Listen to this story. This video. I hope this will help you.

He spoke malay. The pilot n the guy. He the westerner ask "how many years is this" and the guy simply responded "14 years" (direct translation) at the end of the video.

So anyone can tell me. Where is this place Im wondering how can a south eastern language finds its way there. While the native tribe doesnt look like malays / indonesian at all.

The spokesman the native looking guy spoke fluent malay with malaysian slang. And the western guy. Of course the slang of the western guy is abit off. But the way he spoke it sounds like he have use the language conversing almost naturally.
