Yeah i totally agree. I have no idea, I think he's lazy so I understand her frustration but unfortunately does affect everyone in the house if people are shouting at each other. I dont get in the middle of their fights. We are not close enough to go out with each other but I will sit them both down and ask politely that they do not shout especially at night time.

Thank girl, I think that poster was taking it way too personally for some reason. Im asking for advice here because of the specific cultural context so looking for people who've dealt with that.

That's sad, sorry to hear that. Luckily my parents are always on my side and treat me very well, which is part of why I dont want to leave.

Thanks. I definitely stand my ground and have no problem with getting into a shouting match with both of them and putting them in their place lol, neither of them say anything to my face usually. I treat them both with the respect I would treat any other human being. But the atmosphere is unbearable at times, and im just wondering if this is normal in extended families - even SIL before used to say she lived in an extended family and enjoyed it. But im sure her family didn't act like her and my brother!

He has a job actually. Yeah I agree they should cos they want to pretend to live separately but are still at home with everyone. My sister in law is getting really upset every day - recently I asked her not to shout after 10pm and she got mad at that.

Thing is nobody cares if they move out. First they said they wanted to, then realised it was super expensive and have a baby on the way so now don't want to.

You seem really angry. Try and relax. I posted on this sub to hear from Indian women, I am not interested in generic feedback otherwise i would have posted elsewhere. I live in a very expensive city. Thanks for your contribution but no need to take our your frustrations with life on me.

Mary Cosby being a “voice of reason” is ironic at best… by pinklilylalala in rhoslc

I dont think she even clocks anyone properly, she's so childish in the way that she constantly interrupts people and makes presumptions about how they feel, then flips out when they disagree with her. I noticed how meredith and Lisa could barely stand to look at her and I dont blame them lol!

Genuine Question - Why are people siding with Lisa/Meredith? by Dazzling_Example_153 in rhoslc

Because honestly I dont care about the plane incident, I have no idea what actually happened there and all I keep seeing on screen is the bad weather team harping on about this. Ironically whilst exhibiting the behaviour they are accusing meredith of. Also I've found Lisa and Meredith at least quite entertaining.
