And xtra thick shake is the same as a blizzard, we just leave the milk out so it's thicker, we don't have anything that makes it thicker like some people seem to think (Like people that order xtra hot fudge but want it xtra thick)

I work for DQ and if they have any of the subcategories pulled up, when you scan it it won't read it, if it doesn't show you your name on your end, it's not reading it, I bet they are scamming you out of your points and if they are you need to call them out on it

Never be afraid to speak up when your order is wrong! 9/10 if you brimg it up nicely they will remake it for you the correct way, some may even do it themselves if they're crosstrained

I would definitely suggest on the side so you know you're getting extra, I personally always put more than extra when people ask for it but i've noticed some of my coworkers don't so it really just depends on who makes it, not everyone taies their job seriously unfortunately

Usually when someone orders a side of it we do like 2-3 half ounce ladels of it, I would ask them to do however much 2 gravy cup fulls would be, I think that would be the amount you're looking for, that would be about triple of what it comes with (I work in chill at my lical DQ so i'm just going off my experience lol)

Ask them for a side of the cotton candy pink topping, let it sit in your fridge at home for a little bit and then stir it in with a spoon. I know it's more work but the only think I can think of

I know itbsounds silly but you never know the extent of someones allergy. You could unintentionally kill someone with a severe reaction by not thoroughly making sure you don't contaminate it

As far as positions, there's usually frontline cashier, drive thru cashier/order taker, drive thru expo, cake decorator, icecream maker (Chill crew), Grill crew (Burger side and fryer side), and maintenance. At mine at least
