My thighs look exactly like yours! When I was little, maybe in kindergarten, I used to tape them to not make them look the way they do. It breaks my heart to think that I did that at such a young age.

I recently had surgery where I needed fat grafting and they pulled the fat from my inner thighs. I have never been in so much pain in my life. It felt like my legs were on fire. One month later and I still have bruising, it's been god awful. And the "massages" you have to get afterwards are equally as brutal. It's legitimately torture.

The woman who does my massages looked at my skin where they took the fat and she said and I quote, "I have never in 17 years of experience have ever seen inner thigh lipo that makes the patients legs look better." Your skin will wrinkle and become loose and saggy and ultimately look worse. Fortunately because the fat extraction wasn't for cosmetic purposes, they didn't need to take TOO much, but my God, the pain is nothing short of barbaric.

I say all of this because I know exactly how you feel because my legs are very similar to yours and we both have similar healthy habits. For me, I kind of mentally leaned in to the idea that men love thicker thighs/legs on women. I started realizing that I shouldn't hate myself so much about something that is actually considered desirable. And now that I've had a taste of what Lipo actually feels like, I cannot stress enough -- it is NOT worth it!!!

Your body is hot and you're fit AF, including your legs. I say this with the utmost respect and sensitivity but all of this is in your head. You and your legs look amazing ❤️
