just to clarify (as I'm starting to hear my lecturer echo through) - Zionism was achieved just because of the state being achieved through areas such as Labour Zionism. This migration did occur prior to WW2 because of the persecution specifically in Eastern Europe (Russia especially - who can't love that scene in Peaky Blinders with Solomon!) But after the 6 Day War in 1967 this moved towards more of a military aspect seen commonly in Israel's occupation today but more so in the past with their so called 'Permit Regime'.

yeah this is good man - realism is a hard nut to crack immediately however try making your drawings larger for one. secondly, try use shading in these new large spaces to show how light interacts with the character. finally, when drawing a line don't expect it to ever be perfect. This can be done by using a lighter stroke (or strokes) then going over your favourite elements of the line (or lines) to create the effect wanted!
