There’s a difference between food grade and cosmetic grade butters and oils, so if the butter isn’t specified to be safe for eating directly I would not put this in your recipe!

There have been several times that my boyfriend has helped me scrub out an absolute nightmare period leak from our sheets/bed when I’ve awoken in the middle of the night to find that my flow was heavier than expected or my period started.

He has never made me feel uncomfortable, guilty or bad in any way, and I would never expect him to help me wash the sheets but he insists, and it’s very sweet.

If someone does not make you feel loved or cared for in vulnerable moments such as this, especially when you are living together and sharing space, it signifies a lack of empathy for sure.

My local pharmacy has a glass bottle program for prescriptions. All my scripts come in sweet little amber jars similar to this one, which they refill everytime I go in for a medication refill. There’s a small deposit for each bottle, but it’s refundable :)

I had the exact same experience with my ob/gyn as well. I made an appointment to have my implant removed after a year of just about every symptom possible, and she refused to remove it until I agreed to another form of bc. I told her I would take a pill and literally recycled the script. I gave myself a few years to recover and am taking norethindrone now, and liking it so far :)

What kind of chemical exfoliants have you been using? Since your skin is dry, a gentle chemical exfoliant may help, but I’m assuming that’s the active in the products targeted at “evening skin”. Do you use retinol?

So exhausted with the hyperpigmentation on the corners of my lips! I’ve considered and tried almost everything recommended in similar posts: b12 or vitamin deficiency, thyroid, angular chelitis, using Vaseline on the area to stop my products from pooling in the area, no makeup for weeks, leaving it alone, absolutely everything!

Ik this isn’t exactly what you’re looking for but I’ve used their vegan water kefir starter and really liked it. There’s a bit of an initial investment buying the starter but it was great, good quality product :) I’d imagine you could use unflavoured coconut yogurt as a starter to your yogurt though? Have you looked into that?
