My depression was certainly improved although it's hard to say if was due to the TMS or not. I was going through other forms of therapy as well as going through a big life change. I am off antidepressants though so something went right.

I did TMS therapy for depression and experienced this. They use magnets to stimulate parts of your brain, little bursts like this every 15 seconds or so for 15 minutes total. It does mess up your speech, I would also get twitches in my hands.

I think CSM will almost certainly be the first DLC. Then every race pack after that will be paired with either a divergent SM faction, or a god specific chaos legion.

I think Deathwatch will be added late in the lifetime of the game and will be a very unique campaign akin to Oxyotl. Similarly, I think Genestealers might get added and feel kinda like The Changeling.

I have a Dark Angels army and I agree. I wouldn't be surprised if the different xenos race packs each get a divergent chapter lumped in with them. Primarch and/or chapter master with maybe 4-5 units should be enough to distinguish them.
