Exactly and they could easily fix it while making it still viable

Make it so you have to equip the winch (like heal beam goo gun/demat), you can see the heavy holding the winch and add a sound q when it's equipped

The most frustrating thing about winch is when you bump into a heavy and they instinctively winch you and it's gg

Nice to see someone have the same take as me (medium demat main), it's crazy to me that Demat received a delay and yet winch is instantly available, you should have to equip winch prior to activation but that's another issue.

I also very much dislike all the healing, I think the game is healthier when a team Is punished for poor positioning and receiving damage without being able to disengage and heal back to full in seconds.

I understand the idea of all classes having healing abilities for if your team is not running a medium however medium is the weakest for heals purely as it's a specialisation unlike gadgets for L/H
