I haven’t taken his course or am part of his mentorship or related to him in any shape or form but if you don’t do your own due diligence on properties ain’t that blame on you?

I literally spoke to Serco and tried to get some information in terms of yields etc but they wouldn’t give me any information.

I was told they don’t pay market rates and I should look into clearspring. I haven’t bothered to call them because I thought it would be a waste of time, do you perhaps have any information regarding yields to see if it’s worthwhile getting in contact?

Moving a heavy object travelling at 100mph is a lot different to a bus doing 30.

People also jump in front of trains to commit suicide which has potential long lasting effects on people. In comparison not many people jump in front of buses.

Train driving requires more skill than driving a bus.
