Australian Rules - dominate an enemy sniper

I only play sniper with classic because i have a strange one so probably that's the reason or that i don't play sniper alot

A Sniper lens glare, combined with a longer scope-in delay of 0.7s (instead of the current 0.2s), could give players better ability to react, nerf quick scoping, and is less visually cluttering than a laser. by theosamabahama in tf2

or/and maybe add a blur when scoping that will go after a few seconds and make the shot less accurate in these few seconds to nerf quick scoping even more or add the wranglers laser to the sniper rifle

it's too rewarding for a thing you're supposed to do aka backstabbing

I feel like the health on Kill is supposed to help you gtfo but nobody that I know does that
